The Park has its very own 9 hole golf course
known as The Sisters @ Penychain.

It is strictly for the use of holiday home owners only but we have managed to negotiate free use for all of our members who are staying in our holiday home.

One of our members ( Mel Stokes ) has very kindly left some golf clubs in a bag with trolley inside the outside storage box at the rear of the caravan and they are available for any of our members to use free of charge, but please return them after your game

  • Bookings available no more than 1 week in advance
  • Electric golf buggies are to be hired for 21 year olds+ that hold a full valid driving license
  • Dress code and local rules must be adhered to by all users. ( dress code details below )
  • Tee bookings are set every 15 minutes, if you miss your time you will have to wait for the next available time
  • Golf clubs are available to hire at the pavilion at an extra charge
  • Trolleys are available to hire subject to availability from the pavilion
  • Car parking is not permitted at the course; therefore those not living in the stables must leave their cars at the designated car park in Mountain View (behind the stables building

  • Tee times:
  • 8:30am to 4:30pm 7 days a week
  • The Golf Pavilion open Saturdays and Sundays

Penychain Golf Course Dresscode
The following course dress code is in force for all players
Smart, clean and presentable dress MUST be worn at all times

Unacceptable
Any beach wear
Collarless shirts
T-shirts
Football shirts
Training shoes
Jeans
Tracksuits
Acceptable
Tailored shorts/trousers
Golf Shoes
Collared shirts
Short socks


The wearing of socks is compulsory
Anyone found not adhering to the rules will not be permitted on to the golf course
As to acceptable dress the Managements decision is final


A special golf pass has been designed by the park which you will need to have with you when you play as you will not be able to show an owners pass. The Sports & Leisure team have been made aware of the agreement, so there should be no problem when using the course. The passes can be downloaded below before you go.
